The Mary Lou Johnson Hardin County Library provides Outreach Services to people who are homebound due to a permanent or temporary physical disability. You can also qualify for this service by residing in a nursing home or retirement community or by having no means of transportation.
Our library offers large print and regular print books, fiction, nonfiction, paperbacks, audio books on CD, as well as music CDs and DVDs. Anyone choosing to participate in the program may request book deliveries once a month or once every two weeks or so depending upon scheduling.
If you or anyone you know qualifies for this service and might like to participate, please feel free to contact:
Molly Gallo, Outreach Coordinator
Phone: 419-673-2278
Email: outreach@mljlibrary.org
It will only take a few minutes to gather the necessary contact information to set up a library card and to learn the reading preferences of someone who wishes to participate.
